The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased with us.
INTERPRETATION AND DEFINITIONS

Interpretation
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions
For the purposes of this Return and Exchange Policy:
Business Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Lockpro Technology Sdn Bhd Located at 93c, Jalan BP 7/2 Bandar Bukit Puchong, 47120, MY.
- Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
- Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
- Service refers to the Website.
- Website refers to My Site, accessible from https://lockpro.com.my/
- You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
WARRANTY & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If the product doesn’t working properly, you can return the product to us and we will either repair/replace it. You are eligible for an EXCHANGE which are subject to the below terms:
- Lockpro reserves the right to replace the product or relevant part with the same or equivalent product or part, rather than repair it. Where a replacement is provided, the product or part becomes property of Lockpro. Lockpro may replace with refurbished parts, replacement of the product or part does not extend or restart the warranty period.
- The warranty covers everything especially the technical part (wiring, cover parts, mortise, mortise cover). The damage must only came / caused from the smart lock it self only
EXCEPT for:-
-Defects and damages due to loss, theft, fire, water, or a natural disaster
-Failure or damage caused by improper use, carelessness (knocks, dents, crushing, broken crystal/glass, etc.), or accidents)
-Failure or damage caused by unjustifiable repair or modification
-Esthetical changes, defects, and damages due to normal wear and tear and aging (e.g. minor scratches on the smart lock
-Using battery from other brand, other than MAXELL Alkaline (For smart lock). -
At Lockpro, we advise against the installation of smart locks in proximity to coastal regions or areas with high salt content in the air. The corrosive nature of salt-laden air can expedite the rusting process within the interior components of smart locks. This exposure may compromise the functionality and longevity of the lock’s internal mechanisms.
-In instances where smart locks have been installed in this environments, any resulting damage or malfunction due to rust or corrosion will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Warranty claims pertaining this matter may or may not be covered under our company’s warranty policy.
- All sales are considered final, no refund will be entitled.
- Lockpro shall not be liable to any losses or damages in the event of delay or failure of delivery caused by the courier service provider.
- All warranty policy is in accordance with the terms and conditions of their respective suppliers.
- For customers who have purchased products without installation services, in order to claim the warranty, they need to adhere to the Return Guide and Conditions.
RETURN GUIDE & CONDITIONS:– To claim the warranty, customers need to send the product to our office address located in Puchong, Selangor, at their own cost. The return of the repaired product to the customer will also be at the customer’s own cost.
– To avoid delivery fees and any potential inconvenience, customers are welcome to personally send and pick up their repaired products at our office.
