The Drop Bolt-02 is a compact yet powerful electronic lock designed to provide secure access control for frameless glass doors. Built with precision, it delivers a holding force of up to 250 kg (approximately 550 lb), ensuring strong resistance against tampering or forced entry. Its sturdyness makes it suitable for glass doors between 8–12 mm thick, commonly used in offices, showrooms, and modern interiors.

With dual operation modes, the Drop Bolt-02 can set to work as either fail-secure (NO) or fail-safe (NC). In fail-secure mode, the lock remain engages when the power is gone, making it ideal for protecting high-security areas. On the other hand, fail-safe mode unlocks the door during power loss, providing a safer option for emergency exits or public access areas. This flexibility allows it to meet different installation requirements without compromising reliability.

The lock operates on a DC 12 V power supply, consuming just 240 mA in NO mode and 120 mA in NC mode. This low-power efficiency reduces strain on access control systems while delivering consistent performance. Compact in design, the lock body measures 150 × 28 × 35 mm and weighs only 0.72 kg, making it easy to install without altering the door’s structure. Despite its small size, it offers impressive strength and functionality.
