How to Add Device into Mobile Phone App [Hik-Connect]
- Download Hik-Connect from Appstore or Playstore.
- Register an account via mobile phone number or email address on Hik-Connect app.
- Make sure your device already enable Platform Access at device web interface.
-Input device IP address at web browser.
-login in device via username : admin and password.
-Click to Network at menu.
-Select Platform Access at the submenu.
-Enable Platform Access and input a verification code. - Go back to mobile phone app [Hik-Connect].
- Enter Login account, click to Manual Adding.
- Insert device Serial Number.
*Get Serial Number from device sticker or computer software [SADP Tool]. - Input device verification code.
- Add device successful enter click Save.
